Akhantayeva Amina Zhagipparovna was born on December 25, 1968, in the village of Baigekum, Shieli District, Kyzylorda Region. In 1986, she graduated from the 10th grade of Julek Secondary School No. 152. In 1988, she entered the Faculty of History at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and graduated from this university in 1993 with a degree as a teacher of history and social studies. In 2004, she served as Acting Associate Professor of the Department of General Education Disciplines at Kazakh National Agrarian Research University. In 2008, at the Dissertation Council BD 53.33.01 of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the Chokan Valikhanov Institute of History and Ethnology, Amina Zhagipparovna defended her Candidate’s dissertation on the topic “Traditional Agriculture of the Kazakhs of the Syrdarya Region: A Historical and Ethnographic Study (mid-19th – early 20th centuries)” – 07.00.07 – Ethnography, Ethnology and Anthropology.
Amina Zhagipparovna has more than 50 textbooks, teaching and methodological manuals, electronic textbooks, scientific and scientific-methodological articles and works. By special invitations, she participates in various conferences and symposia held abroad. In general, the achievements of her students demonstrate the results of the education ensured by the teacher’s work. The students of this qualified and knowledgeable teacher receive prizes at international and national Olympiads and international conferences held annually among various universities, and they justify the results of their work by receiving valuable awards.
For her many years of service, she was awarded the medal “Honored Worker of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan” by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. At the university, she was awarded medals, a “Certificate of Honor,” and a “Letter of Appreciation” from the rectorate.
