On 27 October 2026, Kazakh National Agrarian Research University hosted an Open Day for graduating students of Zerdeli International School Almaty, located in the city’s Nauryzbay District.

The career guidance event aimed to help students make informed decisions about their future careers and introduce them to the university’s educational and research opportunities.

During the visit, the students toured the university museum and learned about the institution’s history.

They also visited laboratories at the Plant Biotechnology Centre, the Water Resources Management Research Centre, the Kazakhstan–Japan Innovation Centre, the International Vaccinology Centre, and the Research and Education Innovation Centre for Food Technology and Quality.

Touring the modern laboratories gave the students a closer look at various fields of agricultural science and helped them understand the practical significance of scientific research.

KazNARU students also contributed to the career guidance activities by sharing their experiences of studying at the university.

The Open Day broadened the school students’ understanding of higher education opportunities and helped them explore their future career paths.
