DESIGNING BAKERY, CONFECTIONERY AND PASTA PRODUCTION FACILITIES
✅ On December 4, 2025, the Department of Food Product Technology and Safety of the Faculty of Engineering Technologies successfully organized and conducted a highly informative open lesson titled “KAZSAT project” within the framework of the discipline “Design of Bakery, Confectionery and Pasta Production Enterprises.”
✅ The event was held under the guidance of Senior Lecturer Ismatullaev S. with the participation of 4th-year students of the TPRP 22-09K group. The main goal of the lesson was to develop students’ project competencies, enhance professional thinking, and foster creative potential.
✅ Three teams took part in the open lesson, presenting their projects:
1st team – “Bidai bakery”
2nd team – “Dameli”
3rd team – “Qazaq Bread”
✅ The teams defended their projects through the following four stages:
– creativity of the presentation;
– professional competence during the Q&A session;
– depth and scope of the project;
– the most engaging and entertaining advertising segment.
✅ At every stage, participants demonstrated a high level of performance, effectively combining theoretical knowledge with practical skills.
✅ The panel of judges consisted of faculty members and specialists of the department:

– Sabira Kozykan, PhD in Technical Sciences, Associate Professor
– Dinash Nurdan, PhD, Senior Lecturer

✅ Following an intense and engaging competition, the results were as follows:
1st place – “Qazaq Bread” team
2nd place – “Dameli” team
3rd place – “Bidai bakery” team
✅ At the end of the lesson, participants shared their impressions, noting that such project-based formats significantly increase professional interest and play an important role in shaping future specialists.
