The lesson was conducted by Dossimkankyzy Aziza, a lecturer from the Department of General Education Disciplines, who emphasized the importance of health awareness, the prevention of harmful habits, and fostering a culture of well-being.

The class was conducted in an interactive format: students took part in discussions and, together with the instructor, identified the key components of a healthy lifestyle — proper nutrition, physical activity, daily routine, psychological well-being, and avoiding harmful habits. Special attention was given to modern challenges such as sedentary behavior, stress, and information overload.

As part of the lesson, students created and presented thematic posters reflecting various aspects of a healthy lifestyle. The poster topics included:
• “Sport is Our Choice”
• “Healthy Eating = More Energy”
• “My Day: How to Keep Up and Avoid Burnout”
• “Say No to Cigarettes and Alcohol”
• “Mental Health Is Not a Taboo”

The lesson concluded with a quiz and a short discussion. Students shared personal insights and considered practical steps for improving their well-being and quality of life.

Conclusion:
