In 1989, I enrolled at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan. In 1994, I graduated with a professional qualification as a lawyer.
My professional and academic activities are associated with higher legal education, research into current issues in civil law and civil procedure, and the development of legal mechanisms for protecting the rights and legitimate interests of individuals.
My principal research interests include civil proceedings, judicial protection of individual rights, family law, maintenance obligations, legal regulation of entrepreneurial activities, and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
In my academic work, particular attention is devoted to mediation, the legal nature of settlement agreements, civil and enforcement proceedings, personal bankruptcy, and the reorganization of legal entities.
From 2023 to 2025, the results of my research were presented in national and international academic publications and scientific conference proceedings. My studies address the legal regulation of interpreters' participation in civil proceedings, the maintenance obligations of adult children towards their parents, limits on entrepreneurial freedom, judicial remedies, and other relevant issues in legal science.
I currently hold the position of Associate Professor at the Department of Jurisprudence, Faculty of History and Law, Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University. I also serve as a part-time Senior Lecturer at the Department of Law of the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University.
My professional activities focus on the development of higher legal education, academic research, and the training of qualified legal professionals.
