In 2004, I enrolled at S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan State University in Oskemen (Ust-Kamenogorsk), Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2008, I graduated with a qualification as a lawyer. My higher legal education provided a foundation for my subsequent professional and academic development.
From 2008 to 2010, I continued my studies at S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan State University, where I obtained the academic degree of Master of Legal Sciences.
My professional and academic activities are associated with higher legal education, research into contemporary legal issues, and the training of qualified specialists in the field of law.
My principal research interests include environmental law, the legal regulation of digital technologies, environmental security, and the application of mediation as an alternative method of dispute resolution.
In my academic work, I focus on international approaches to using digital technologies for environmental protection, improving legal mechanisms for environmental regulation, and developing the institution of mediation.
An important area of my research concerns family mediation, the resolution of property disputes between spouses, the legal nature of mediation agreements, and comparative approaches to mediation legislation in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kyrgyz Republic.
From 2022 to 2025, research works addressing these topics were presented in international scientific conference proceedings and academic publications.
I currently serve as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Law of the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University. My professional activities focus on the development of higher legal education, academic and pedagogical work, and the training of qualified legal professionals.

My academic interests focus on current issues in environmental law, the legal regulation of digital transformation, environmental security, and the development of mediation as an alternative dispute resolution mechanism.
My principal research areas include the application of digital technologies in environmental law, the improvement of environmental legislation, the legal nature of mediation agreements, alternative dispute resolution, and family mediation.
Particular attention in my research is devoted to comparing approaches to mediation in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan and examining mechanisms for resolving property disputes between spouses.
