In 1990, I enrolled at the Kazakh University named after S. M. Kirov in Almaty. In 1995, I completed my studies and obtained a professional qualification as a lawyer. My university education provided a foundation for my subsequent professional and academic activities in the field of law.
My professional and academic interests are associated with current issues in legal science, constitutional law, public administration theory, and the improvement of legal mechanisms governing the provision of public services.
In my scientific and methodological activities, I focus on improving the effectiveness of legal education, examining theoretical aspects of public administration, and exploring the legal regulation of social relations.
On May 29, 2019, an educational and methodological round table entitled “Legal Education: Innovations and Prospects” was organized to mark my 50th birthday. The event featured materials addressing relevant issues in legal education and jurisprudence.
In 2020, an encyclopedic reference publication dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan was listed among the educational and methodological works in my questionnaire.
The research materials listed in my questionnaire also include the English-language work “Legal regulation of state electronic services in Kazakhstan: current problems and ways to improve,” addressing current challenges and possible improvements in the legal regulation of electronic public services in Kazakhstan.
I currently serve as an Associate Professor at the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University. My professional activities are associated with higher legal education, academic and methodological work, and the training of specialists in the field of law.
