Adilkhan Niyazbayev was born in 1977 and is of Kazakh nationality. In 1999, he graduated from the Kazakh State Agrarian University with a degree in Agricultural Mechanization. Immediately after graduation, he was appointed to the Department of Machine Utilization as a research trainee to carry out research activities. Since 2000, he worked as a leading engineer at the I. Sakharov Department of Machine Utilization, and from December 21, 2000, as an assistant at the same department. In 2005, he was promoted to the position of Senior Lecturer. In 2024, he was appointed Head of the Department of Agricultural Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.
In 2004, he obtained the qualification and academic degree of Master of Management in the specialty of Management. In 2024, he successfully defended his dissertation entitled “Substantiation of the Method and Development of a Device for Removing Mulching Film and Flexible Drip Irrigation Tapes,” submitted for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in specialty 6D080600 – Agricultural Engineering and Technology.
During his professional career, he delivered lectures and laboratory-practical classes at a high level in the disciplines “Operation of Machines and Equipment in Crop Production,” “Machine Utilization,” “Mechanization of Forestry Operations,” “Fuels, Lubricants and Technical Fluids,” and other профильные subjects.
Niyazbayev’s research interests are related to the mechanization of agricultural production, improvement of technical means and technologies in the agro-industrial complex, development of resource-saving and environmentally oriented solutions in agriculture, as well as the creation and substantiation of machines and devices for post-harvest processing and removal of technological materials in crop production.
Niyazbayev was a researcher in a number of scientific projects implemented within the framework of grant funding, including the following topics: “Development of an intensive technology for processing honeycombs into bee bread and wax raw materials through the modernization of technical means under the conditions of beekeeping farms in Kazakhstan”; “Development of highly efficient low-capacity boilers through intensification of the coal combustion process in a fixed bed”; “Technology and means for removing mulching film and flexible drip irrigation tapes from the field during the post-harvest period.”
Over the years of his professional activity, he has proven himself to be a qualified teacher, an experienced researcher, and a responsible organizer. He constantly works on improving his professional level, actively participates in the development of educational programs, research activities, and the training of highly qualified personnel for the agricultural sector. He enjoys well-deserved respect among colleagues and authority among students.
