Tuganbay Almas Aidaraliyuly worked as a veterinary assistant in the veterinary department of the Almaty Veterinary Committee, Almaly District, from 1998 to 1999.
From 1999 to 2002, he worked as a veterinarian at the Central Veterinary Clinic, LLC.
From 2003 to 2009, he worked as chief veterinarian at the City Veterinary Station, LLC.
From 2010 to 2012, he worked as chief veterinarian at the Almaty Hippodrome.Since 2010, He has managed the Barys Veterinary Clinic and Pharmacy named after A.A. Tuganbay.
From April 17, 2013, to May 16, 2013, I studied in Poland for advanced training.
From 2009 to 2012, He studied parasitology at the Kazakh Veterinary Research Institute and defended my dissertation on the prevention and treatment of eimeria marshalalgia in sheep. In 2012, he became a candidate of veterinary sciences.
From 2012 to the present, he has been a senior lecturer in the Department of Clinical Veterinary Medicine at KazNAU. I am also a senior lecturer at the university's international level.
Since 2020, he has been an associate professor in the Department of Clinical Disciplines at KazNAU.
