On September 3, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., dissertation defenses were held before the Dissertation Council in the field of study 8D081 Crop Production, established at the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University.
Balnur Alimbekova, with the dissertation titled “The Phosphate Regime of Light Chestnut Soil and the Productivity of Continuous Sugar Beet Cultivation under Long-Term Application of Phosphorus Fertilizers,” and Marzhan Balkozha, with the dissertation titled “The Condition of Kastanozem Soils in the Southern Part of the Kostanay Region and Approaches to Improving the Assessment of Their Fertility,” defended their dissertations submitted for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the specialty 6D080800 – Soil Science and Agrochemistry.
Based on Protocols No. 8 and No. 9 of the Dissertation Council in the field of study 8D081 Crop Production, it was resolved to award Balnur Alimbekova and Marzhan Balkozha the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).
