In 1990, I enrolled at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in Almaty. In 1995, I graduated with a qualification in law. My higher legal education provided the foundation for my subsequent professional and academic development.
My professional activities are associated with higher legal education, academic research, and the study of relevant issues in legal science.
My principal research interests include criminal law, criminal procedure legislation, the theory of evidence, the principles of adversarial proceedings and equality of the parties in criminal justice, as well as exemption from criminal liability.
My academic publications examine the application of criminal procedure rules, the legal nature of evidence, proceedings in private prosecution cases, and the improvement of mechanisms governing criminal proceedings.
In my research, I also address issues of legal liability for violations of environmental legislation and the historical and legal aspects of Kazakhstan's statehood, including the public and political activities of representatives of the Alash movement.
From 2020 to 2022, the results of my research were presented in scientific publications and proceedings of international scientific and practical conferences. These works focus on relevant issues in criminal procedure, legislative development, and the study of legal institutions in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
I currently serve as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Law of the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University. My professional activities focus on the development of higher legal education, academic and pedagogical work, and the training of qualified specialists in the field of law.

Another area of my research concerns the history of Kazakhstan and the public and political activities of representatives of the Alash movement.
