Types of professional activity

1. Production and management:

- development of strategies for the development and operation of enterprises, organizations and their individual units;

- management of economic services and divisions of enterprises and organizations of different forms of ownership, state and municipal authorities.

 2. Analytical activity:

  • search, analysis and evaluation of information for the preparation and adoption of management decisions in the economic sphere;
  • diagnosis of the economic situation in society;
  • Analysis of the activities of the organization in the face of changes in the internal and external environment;
  • analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of sources of organizational development;
  • analysis and modeling of project management processes.

3.   Design:

-preparation of tasks and development of design solutions taking into account the uncertainty factor;

-preparation of tasks and development of methodological and regulatory documents, as well as proposals and measures for the implementation of the developed projects and programs;

- preparation of tasks and development of a system of socio-economic indicators of economic entities;

- preparation of economic sections of plans of enterprises and organizations of different forms of ownership;

- development of strategies for the behavior of economic agents in different markets.
