Representatives of the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University (KazNARU) took part in the regional training titled “Strengthening Gender Education in Central Asia: How to Use the Anthology ‘Women in Central Asia’ and the Conceptual Index in Developing Educational Materials,” organized by the University of Central Asia (UCA).
The training was held on February 26, 2026, in a hybrid format, with in-person sessions in Bishkek and Dushanbe and online participation from international attendees. The event brought together researchers, university faculty members, and gender experts interested in advancing inclusive and gender-responsive education in the region.
During the training, participants were introduced to the anthology “Women in Central Asia” and a conceptual index designed to support educators in integrating gender perspectives into curricula and teaching materials. Special attention was given to innovative teaching approaches, including the use of artificial intelligence tools and project-based learning to enhance the inclusiveness and effectiveness of educational programs.
KazNARU representatives actively participated in group discussions and practical sessions aimed at developing new educational solutions and integrating gender perspectives into academic programs. The knowledge and methodological tools gained will contribute to further strengthening the university’s academic programs and promoting inclusive education.
KazNARU’s participation in international academic initiatives reflects the university’s commitment to implementing modern educational standards, fostering international cooperation, and promoting equal opportunities in higher education.
