OPENING OF KazNARU INTERNATIONAL SUMMER SCHOOL

The Kazakh National Agrarian Research University (KazNARU) officially opened its International Summer School, one of the university's key educational initiatives. Organized within the framework of international academic cooperation strategy, the Summer School aims to enhance theoretical knowledge, develop practical skills, and promote science among students and young specialists.

✅ In 2025, over 450 students are participating in the Summer School, both online and offline, representing 15 countries worldwide. This demonstrates the high level of interest in KazNARU’s educational programs and strengthens its status as an international center for agricultural education and scientific research.

✅ At the official opening ceremony, the First Deputy Chairman of the Board of KazNARU, P. Sh. Ibragimov, delivered a welcoming speech. He emphasized the importance of international cooperation in the development of agricultural education and science, noting that the participation of leading experts will allow for the exchange of advanced knowledge and practices.

✅ The school is attended by leading scientists, representatives of scientific organizations and industry, as well as students from foreign and Kazakh universities. Among the invited speakers are:

* Andrew Zimbrov, Professor at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (USA), who presented the program "Mini MBA: Development of Innovation Ecosystem, Startups, and Business Incubation"

* Vlastimil Samek, UN Representative, who delivered a report on global sustainable development initiatives

* Jarosław Chormanski, Professor at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (Poland), who spoke about IT solutions in water resource management

* Alexander Tashev, Professor at the University of Forestry (Bulgaria), who presented the sustainable land management program

* Julian Skidmore, Scientific Director of the Camel Breeding Center (Dubai, UAE), who shared innovations in veterinary medicine

✅ The Summer School will last two weeks, including seminars, workshops, lectures, and discussions aimed at developing participants' competencies in key areas of agricultural science, ecology, and sustainable development. This initiative is expected to become a significant platform for inter-university cooperation, the formation of new partnerships, and the implementation of joint educational programs.

✅ KazNARU reaffirms its commitment to international integration and the development of Kazakhstan's scientific potential, and strives to strengthen ties with foreign universities and scientific centers.
